You'll drive scientific evidence, help shape the clinical and scientific direction of global programmes, build partnerships, and influence key decisions that support the development and long-term success of rare disease treatments, helping improve outcomes for patients with high unmet needs.
What you’ll help grow
- Global medical strategy for innovative rare disease therapies.
- Clinical research, real-world evidence, and affiliate-led studies.
- Scientific guidance, protocol review, and evidence generation.
- Partnerships with healthcare experts, patient organisations, and scientific communities.
- Medical education, scientific communications, and representation at key industry meetings.
- Medical insights that shape future development and patient access.
- Collaboration across Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Market Access teams.
- MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent.
- 8+ years proven Global Medical Affairs experience within pharma or biotech.
- Experience supporting late-stage development and global medical strategy.
- Strong scientific communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Good knowledge of Medical Affairs compliance and regulations.
- Fluent English.
- Must be based in UK or Europe
