International Business Head

Head of International Business | Medical device | Global Markets

We’re seeking a commercially driven Head of International Business to lead global expansion for a fast-growing hospital portfolio.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for scaling international sales and market presence across USA, Europe, LATAM, APAC, Middle East, and Africa. You will have a team of 4 people.

We’re looking for a proven leader with strong international business development experience in medical devices or consumables, ideally within regulated healthcare markets.

What you’ll do:

• Drive global growth strategy across multiple international regions
• Lead expansion into new markets via distributors and strategic partners
• Own international sales performance, forecasting, and profitability
• Build and scale high-performing global distributor networks
• Navigate regulatory pathways with cross-functional teams
• Strengthen key relationships with hospitals, KOLs, and institutions
• Represent the business globally at industry events and forums

What we’re looking for:

• 15+ years’ experience in international healthcare business
• Strong background in medical devices / consumables / infection prevention
• Proven success across emerging and regulated markets (US, Europe, APAC, LATAM)
• Expertise in distributor-led growth models and global market expansion
• Strong commercial, strategic, and leadership capability
