Responsibilities

  • Drive sales strategy for the Japan market and achieve annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years in sales or sales management, ideally in material science instruments.
  • Proven team leadership, coaching, and sales development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of thermal analysis, rheology, and microcalorimetry.
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and modern sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
