Responsibilities
- Drive sales strategy for the Japan market and achieve annual revenue targets.
- Lead and inspire sales and technical teams, fostering a proactive and collaborative culture.
- Build strong customer relationships through solution-based selling, demos, and training.
- Collaborate across global, marketing, service, and application teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Introduce new products and improve processes through continuous innovation and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 8+ years in sales or sales management, ideally in material science instruments.
- Proven team leadership, coaching, and sales development experience.
- Strong knowledge of thermal analysis, rheology, and microcalorimetry.
- Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and modern sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
