Barrington James are partnering with a pharmaceutical company that are looking for a detail-oriented QC Laboratory Assistant to join our Quality Control team. You’ll support daily operations in a GMP-compliant lab, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and readiness for testing activities.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain stock of chemicals and consumables
• Clean and manage laboratory glassware
• Support equipment checks and calibration
• Handle sample registration and storage
• Prepare and monitor microbial culture media
• Keep accurate laboratory records and documentation

What we’re looking for:

• O-Level or A-Level qualifications
• 1–3 years’ experience (GMP lab experience is a plus)
• Basic IT and laboratory system skills
• Strong English communication
• Valid Malta work permit
