LIMS BUSINESS LEAD

LIMS Business Partner | Valencia, Spain (Onsite/Hybrid)

Support the delivery and optimisation of a global LIMS platform within a leading life sciences organisation

The Opportunity
This role sits at the centre of a global LIMS implementation, connecting laboratory teams with technical and quality stakeholders. You will ensure laboratory requirements are effectively translated into system functionality, helping deliver a compliant and efficient platform that supports critical lab operations.

The Role
LIMS Business Partner based in Valencia, working across international teams to support both implementation and ongoing system improvement

Key Responsibilities
• Capture laboratory requirements and translate them into system specifications
• Act as the link between users, developers and external vendors
• Support configuration, testing and user acceptance activities
• Deliver user training and maintain system documentation
• Provide day-to-day system support and manage updates and changes
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and usability

Required Experience
• Experience within laboratory environments in life sciences or pharma
• Hands-on exposure to LIMS platforms such as LabWare, STARLIMS or LabVantage
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Understanding of regulated environments and quality standards

Preferred Background
• Experience supporting LIMS implementation projects
• Familiarity with system configuration or data structures
• Exposure to process improvement or change management
