Key Responsibilities
- Head the delivery of high profile and high value initiatives for clients providing competitive advantage
- Assist in obtaining new projects and expanding the client base
- Share valuable insight through prior experience to add value and grow the organisation
- Complete transformation projects within commercial, medical affairs, R&D and global health
- Share ideas and positively influence colleagues and clients
Skills
- Extensive knowledge on commercial, medical affairs, R&D and Global Health
- Problem solving and outside of the box thinking
- 4+ years experience in a management consulting firm within life sciences
- Strong independent working ability
- The ability to identify, grow and head key initiatives
- Previous experience in business development
- Base salary of £64,575 with an additional combination of company and personal bonuses to be paid every 6 months. Total cash package value of £80,000
- 25 days annual leave, for every one full year of service an additional day is added with a maximum of 30 days with the ability to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year
