Job Title: Practice Lead / Senior Engagement Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee a team of strategic advisors. In this role, you will manage project delivery, drive client satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of our advisory practice. You will act as the bridge between the team, our clients, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and develop a group of consultants. Oversee their work quality, provide regular feedback, and support their career growth.

• Project Oversight: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure client goals are met efficiently.

• Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling escalations, managing expectations, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

• Business Growth: Support business development by assisting with proposals, preparing presentations, and identifying new opportunities.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work with senior leadership on operational planning and strategic decisions to align team efforts with business objectives.

• Performance Management: Set clear goals for the team, track performance metrics, and ensure alignment with departmental targets.

Management Duties:

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.

• Set team objectives and measure progress against them.

• Communicate policies and procedures clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide ongoing training and developmental feedback.

• Make recommendations on staffing and hiring decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Proficiency with standard office software (presentation, spreadsheet, word processing, and communication tools).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with business-level proficiency in the local language (Japan).
