We are seeking a Director of Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, based in Denmark, to lead the development and execution of market access strategies for innovative pharmaceutical products across EMEA and the Nordics. This role requires expertise in HTA submissions, advanced economic modelling, and pricing strategies, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for patients, payers, and the business.

- Guide HTA submissions to agencies like NICE, SMC, and NCPE, ensuring strong evidence for reimbursement decisions.
- Use economic models and advanced analytics to assess product value and patient outcomes.
- Manage and mentor a growing market access team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Contribute to proposals, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and contribute to internal and external knowledge-sharing.
- 10-15 years in health economics, pricing, and market access, with a strong track record in HTA submissions and pricing strategy.
- Proficient in economic modelling, advanced statistical techniques, and machine learning.
- Experience managing teams, mentoring junior staff, and working cross-functionally.
- Experience in multiple therapeutic areas (oncology, rare diseases, etc.).
