We are looking for a Market Access specialist with experience dealing with oncology and haematology pharmaceutical products. You will work with the international Market Access team in Italy to provide pricing, reimbursement and Market Access outcomes across the entire product life cycle.

You will:
- Provide strategic alignment on a European and a global level creating consistency and representation of Italian market perspective.
- Comply with European HTA bodies and stakeholders working with pharmacists, payers and KOL’s to help achieve successful reimbursement.
- Work cross functionally to ensure cohesive execution of launch strategy.
- Keep up to date on policy changes and best practice within the market.
- Assist in budget negotiations with regional authorities utilising health economics tools such as budget impact models to support negotiations.
- Monitor healthcare management and pharmaceutical spending policies using AI tools for data analysis.
Requirements:
- Experience in the Italian market and knowledge of other European markets.
- Skilled with tender management and using digital tools for tracking and management.
- Negotiation skill and effective communication with policy makers and other related groups.
- Health economics degree or other similar qualification.
- flexibility for short notice travel for meetings and engagements.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong business acumen and strategic vision for financial management.
