Marketing Communication Specialist
Location: Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Communication Strategy

Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with corporate and product objectives.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, supported by clinical evidence and clear value propositions.

Strengthen brand identity through storytelling, visual standards, and thought leadership initiatives.
Content Development & Management

Create and manage high-quality content across print, digital, social media, video, and educational materials.

Oversee editorial planning and collaborate with internal teams and industry experts to ensure accuracy and engagement.

Adapt global marketing content for regional and local markets.
Event Planning & Execution

Plan and support conferences, exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and product launch events.

Coordinate with sales, clinical, and global teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality brand experiences.

Manage event logistics, budgets, speakers, and post-event evaluations.
Public Relations & External Communications

Lead PR initiatives, media outreach, and press communications to enhance brand credibility.

Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, clinics, and professional organizations.

Act as a central communication contact for announcements and crisis communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product marketing, clinical, regulatory, and global teams to ensure message alignment and accuracy.

Support sales teams with marketing materials and customer-facing tools.

Collaborate with external agencies and creative partners on campaigns and production.
Analytics & Reporting

Monitor performance metrics including brand engagement, campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and event outcomes.

Provide regular reports and recommend data-driven optimizations.
Required Qualifications

Experience in the energy-based technologies.

Strong understanding of medical terminology, regulatory considerations, and physician-focused communication.

Experience working in multinational or global corporate environments.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.

Fluency in Japanese and English.

Video production or graphic design skills are advantageous.
