Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Messaging

Strategy Development: Contribute to key strategic documents—including annual marketing plans and product launch strategies—and lead the execution of marketing communication elements.

Targeted Messaging: Create persuasive, benefit-driven messaging tailored to diverse customer groups and customer acquisition/retention goals.

Competitive Intelligence: Assess competitive insights to continuously refine messaging, tactics, and positioning.

Channel Optimization: Evaluate marketing channel strategies and make data-driven channel decisions based on ROI.
Campaign & Content Execution

Content Creation: Write, edit, and review promotional materials, scripts, and communication media adhering to standard style guidelines (e.g., AP Style).

Creative Innovation: Experiment with innovative concepts, media formats, and design principles to maximize campaign impact.

MarCom Alignment: Collaborate directly with marketing communications teams to translate broader marketing strategies into clear, actionable campaign deliverables.
Sales & Cross-Functional Alignment

Sales Enablement: Apply a strong understanding of the selling process to equip and support the sales team with effective marketing tools.

Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Support cross-divisional alignment on key events and tradeshows; assist in managing fiscal calendars and budgets.

Internal Communications: Assist in developing internal communication materials and evaluate alternative delivery channels to keep internal stakeholders aligned.
Strategic Planning & Goal Setting

Continuous Improvement: Establish short- and long-range improvement goals for the product management team and develop action plans to achieve them.

Presentation & Reporting: Prepare and deliver formal presentations and progress reports to internal teams and leadership stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience: 4+ years of professional work experience.
Preferred Qualifications

Industry Experience: 2+ years of experience in medical device marketing or healthcare product marketing.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and formal presentation skills.

Influence & Collaboration: Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and persuade stakeholders in the absence of direct organizational authority.

Project & Time Management: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects to meet established deadlines.

Organizational Agility: Ability to navigate complex, multi-divisional policies and procedures smoothly.

Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
