As part of this expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated Medical Director to join the clinical development team and play a key role in shaping the future of the programme.
The Role
The Medical Director will provide scientific, clinical, and strategic leadership across early‑stage oncology development. Working closely with cross‑functional colleagues. You will represent the company in interactions with investigators, KOLs, and external partners, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and scientific excellence as the programme advances into Phase II.Key Responsibilities
- Lead medical oversight of Phase I/II oncology studies
- Contribute to protocol design, amendments, and study strategy
- Provide medical input into safety review, dose selection, and risk management
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality study execution
- Engage with investigators, advisory boards, and regulatory authorities
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with oncology experience
- Industry experience in early‑phase clinical development
- Strong understanding of solid tumour biology and immuno‑oncology
- Ability to interpret clinical data and influence strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast‑moving biotech environment
