We’re looking for a digital leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology - someone who can elevate our clients regional customer experience and turn complex journeys into seamless engagement.
What you’ll own

Designing and executing end-to-end omni-channel strategies across APAC

Building data-driven customer journeys that deliver measurable impact

Driving marketing automation, content ecosystems, and digital touchpoint optimisation

Partnering with commercial and medical teams to create meaningful, modern customer experiences
What you bring

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field

10+ years in digital marketing, CX, or omni-channel engagement
-
Hands-on mastery of marketing automation platforms, CMS tools, and journey mapping

Experience in pharma or medical retail is a strong advantage (& a necessity)

Must be a Singapore Citizen or PR as our client is unable to sponsor at this time.
