- High-level academic background in business, economics or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in fast paced, high-performing environments
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Flexibility to occasional travel Europe for client visits
- Professional fluency in both English and German
