You will play a key role in developing client relationships, driving business growth, and leading high-performing consulting teams delivering impactful transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing strategy and commercial operations engagements across the Life Sciences sector
- Advising senior stakeholders and executive leadership on commercial strategy, go-to-market strategy, and organizational transformation
- Driving the growth of the practice through new business development and client acquisition
- Leading cross-functional consulting teams across large-scale transformation programs
- Developing thought leadership and contributing to the firm’s market positioning in life sciences consulting
- Mentoring and developing consulting talent across the practice
Skills and experience
- Experience in management consulting or senior leadership roles within the life sciences industry
- Proven track record in business development and building senior client relationships
- Deep expertise across commercial strategy, marketing & sales, organizational transformation or operational excellence
- Excellent German and English skills
