An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing consulting organisation within the life science team, working with a diverse client portfolio to implement change and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Leading in developing and expanding the existing life science team, providing strategic direction and growing the organisations capabilities in life science
- Constructing and maintaining strong client relationships through influencing your network to identify and secure additional business opportunities within the Swiss and German life science sector.
- Attaining client engagements through your already existing large personal network within the Swiss pharmaceutical and MedTech industry
- Responsibility for the delivery of client assignments and impacting all clients through transformation support
- Overseeing the management of stakeholders at all relevant levels of the client organisation
- Training and assisting in the development of consultants and partner colleagues
- Ideally 15+ years with the minimum of 5 years experience as a project or engagement manager from a management consultancy.
- Sector expert in s field of expertise with the ability to interpret knowledge into relevant client solutions
- Experience with building and nurturing client relations
- A large and extensive personal network within the Swiss and German life science market
