About the Role

We're looking for a driven, hands-on Patient Recruitment Specialist to support recruitment operations across a portfolio of clinical trials. This role blends direct patient engagement, marketing support, and data-driven performance tracking — perfect for someone who takes ownership, works well independently, and thrives in a fast-moving, multi-study environment.

If you love building relationships with patients, hitting ambitious enrollment goals, and using data to constantly improve how you work — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Own Recruitment Activities

  • Support recruitment activities across all active trials, ensuring enrollment volume, protocol compliance, and visit readiness stay on track
  • Personally engage patients via phone, text, and email — explaining study opportunities, screening for eligibility, and guiding them from first contact through enrollment
  • Keep the CTMS accurate and current, and update sponsor/CRO recruitment portals in real time
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate participant handoffs to the clinical team

Drive Results with Data

  • Track your recruitment metrics — leads, prescreens, screen-fail rate, and conversion — and report on them regularly
  • Monitor campaign performance (cost-per-randomization, screen fail rates, yield by source) and flag opportunities for improvement

Support Marketing & Campaigns

  • Help execute per-protocol advertising campaigns, working alongside vendors and internal marketing partners
  • Support IRB approval submissions for all patient-facing materials
  • Contribute to social media content and study web page updates

Stay Compliant

  • Operate in line with GCP, protocol requirements, and applicable regulations throughout
What We're Looking For
  • Prior experience in a clinical research environment — strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your own recruitment pipeline
  • Comfort talking clinical trial processes, disease states, and GCP principles with confidence
  • Marketing or digital/social campaign experience is a great plus
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce a plus) and familiarity with CTMS platforms (CRio a plus)
  • Strong communicator who builds trust across clinical, marketing, and administrative teams
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a health-related field — equivalent experience will be considered
