A leading early-phase clinical research site in Miami is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join a fast-paced, high-volume clinical pharmacology unit. This is a hands-on role coordinating Phase I and early-phase studies from startup through closeout, ideal for someone who wants ownership over the full study lifecycle, not just paperwork.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate clinical trials from protocol review through study closeout
- Screen and enroll subjects, obtain informed consent, and manage study visits
- Perform clinical procedures (vitals, ECGs, phlebotomy) and support PK sampling
- Manage EDC data entry, source documentation, and query resolution
- Track and report adverse events per protocol requirements
- Liaise directly with Principal Investigators, sponsors, and CROs
- Support monitoring visits and manage investigational product per protocol
Requirements:
- Hands-on clinical research coordination experience in Phase I / healthy volunteer studies
- Strong Communication skills in Spanish and English
- Confident working with protocols, informed consent, and EDC systems
- Detail-oriented, comfortable operating independently
- Must be based in or willing to work on-site full-time in Miami, FL
