An exciting opportunity within a consultancy organisation for a professional with strong life science and pharma background.
Key responsibilities
- Leading large and complex projects provided by clients
- Unitizing business transformation and change management knowledge to build trust with clients and handle complexities
- Developing a trusted and strong senior client relationship, acting as the trusted advisor for the account
- Reviewing engagement deliverables and providing support and assisting with development for junior team members
- Producing Business Development meetings and creating new opportunities for new and existing clients as the lead develops
- Sharing knowledge and leading knowledge management activities
- A strong background in consulting with experience working in a recognised management consultancy business
- Experience leading large and detailed transformation projects
- Previous experience in developing key client accounts as well as generating and transforming new opportunities
- The goal to be a leader within the organisation linked with the business plan and growth
