Position Summary

We are partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical services organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the execution of client programmes.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role suited to an organised and proactive individual who can manage a diverse portfolio of projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for developing, tracking and reporting on project plans, managing risk, and ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

In addition to project delivery, you will act as the primary client contact with end-to-end ownership of assigned accounts — balancing client satisfaction with strong financial performance and identifying opportunities to expand programme scope.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Develop, maintain and track detailed project timelines, escalating risks or delays where necessary

• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders

• Identify, manage and escalate project risks, maintaining an up-to-date risk register

• Oversee project health reporting, including dashboards, KPIs, and gap analysis between contractual commitments and internal plans

• Lead internal and external meetings, including governance reviews and technical discussions

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating progress, scope and timelines clearly

Account Management

• Maintain a thorough understanding of client agreements (MSAs, CDAs, QAAs) and ensure contractual obligations are met

• Partner closely with Business Development to understand client strategy, portfolio priorities and key decision-makers

• Support internal teams in aligning delivery with client expectations

• Identify and escalate opportunities to expand services, including new programmes or scope extensions

• Contribute to proposals, change orders and value-added service offerings

• Monitor project financials in collaboration with Finance and Business Development, ensuring accurate budgeting and billing
