The role involves close collaboration with teams stretching between medical, quality, regulatory and commercial teams which allows leadership development along with strategic direction to the pharmacovigilance function. Strong safety governance expertise and regulatory compliance.

Key Duties:
- To lead and manage the pharmacovigilance activities for the UK and Ireland regions.
- Develop and implement PV strategies, managing safety data collection, assessment and reporting processes.
- Oversee PV team performance, providing mentorship when needed and guidance to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Prepare and review safety reports (including PSURs, INDs, DSURs and signal detection activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences, pharmacy and/or related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in pharmacovigilance, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
