Quality Assurance Management Position
I am currently supporting a client with a Quality Assurance role based in The south of France within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a broad, hands-on QA position with real ownership.
The role sits close to operations, so you’ll be spending time on the shop floor as well as working cross-functionally to ensure quality standards are maintained and continuously improved. You’ll be involved in deviations, OOS and complaints, as well as batch release activities and audit support.
There’s a strong focus on driving quality culture, so you’ll also be delivering GMP training, supporting investigations, and working closely with production and QA teams to identify improvements and implement CAPA. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in wider site projects, acting as the Quality representative across changes to equipment, processes, and documentation.
It’s a well-rounded role with visibility across the full quality system, including change control, documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What they’re looking for:
-French/Spanish speaking
-Experience within a GMP environment (pharma or manufacturing)
-Exposure to deviations, OOS, CAPA, and quality systems
-Comfortable working cross-functionally and being present on-site
-Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to quality
They’re open to junior profiles through to candidates with a few years’ experience, so it could suit someone early in their QA career or looking to take the next step.
The package is competitive and offered on a 13-month salary structure.
