As a Customer Success Engineer, you will support customers in successfully adopting and integrating our quantum hardware products. You’ll help them understand, evaluate, and implement these technologies within their systems while working closely with both technical and commercial teams. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling broad adoption of cutting-edge quantum hardware.
Requirements
- Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal engineering and product teams.
- Support customers throughout the entire lifecycle, covering onboarding, system setup, calibration, operation, and performance optimization of quantum processors.
- Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable feedback for engineering and product development, influencing improvements to hardware, documentation, and training materials.
- Develop and maintain technical training resources and best-practice guides to empower customers to use the technology effectively.
- Troubleshoot hardware and integration challenges, collaborating with R&D to ensure timely resolution and continuous product improvement.
- Collect and share customer insights to help shape product roadmaps and development priorities.
- Represent the company at conferences, customer meetings, and partner engagements.
Requirements
- A solid understanding of quantum hardware, such as superconducting qubits, cryogenics, and microwave engineering, preferably with hands-on experimental experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in a customer-facing or technical support role (a plus but not required).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Motivation to deepen technical expertise in quantum hardware.
