Radiopharma Manufacturing Director

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Radiopharmaceutical Manufacturing Director to lead and oversee all aspects of our radiopharma production operations. This individual will ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards, drive process development, and manage the day-to-day operations of our radiopharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for advancing radiopharmaceutical science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the manufacturing, scale-up, and production of radiopharmaceuticals in compliance with cGMP, FDA, and international regulatory standards.
• Develop, implement, and optimize robust manufacturing processes for novel radiopharmaceutical compounds.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance and quality control protocols.
• Oversee facility operations, including maintenance, equipment qualification, and environmental monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to translate lab-scale discoveries into manufacturable products.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of manufacturing and technical staff.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for regulatory filings, audits, and inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reproducibility, and safety in manufacturing processes.

Preferred:

• Experience with both diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals.
• Track record of successful scale-up from research to clinical manufacturing.
• Familiarity with emerging radiopharma technologies and trends.
