Regional Business Manager – South East Asia

Our client is expanding fast across Asia and we’re looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven sales leader to accelerate the growth in South East Asia. If you thrive in the operating room, love partnering with high-performing distributors, and know how to win surgeon mindshare, this is your next big step.

The Opportunity
You’ll take charge of growing the sports medicine and orthopaedic business across SEA, with a major focus on Vietnam, where distributor performance needs a strong reset. With new registrations in Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia, you’ll also enjoy true greenfield ownership - shaping strategy, building demand, and creating momentum from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Drive clinical and commercial sales across SEA, with hands-on support in the OR

• Uplift, train, and motivate distributors and sub-dealers to hit ambitious targets

• Build influential relationships with surgeons, KOLs and key hospital stakeholders

• Strengthen performance in Vietnam and open new opportunities in emerging SEA markets

• Analyze competitors, identify gaps, and execute country-level growth plans

• Partner closely with the International Sales Director, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What You Bring

• Strong track record in orthopaedics or sports medicine medical device sales

• Deep experience influencing and driving outcomes through distributors

• Confidence in clinical selling and engaging with surgeons in theatre

• Excellent English communication - clear, credible and confident

• A mix of autonomy, humility, accountability and a high-performance mindset
