Position Summary
This position supports senior sales consultants in executing the sales team’s strategy to achieve assigned targets and results. The role focuses on meeting customer requirements related to products and services while contributing to the long-term growth and sustainability of the business.
The Sales Consultant works closely with the Regional Sales Manager and collaborates across internal functions to drive sales execution and performance within the assigned territory.
Role Scope and Responsibilities
The Sales Consultant assists the Regional Sales Manager in achieving sales objectives and operates across business functions to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
Key responsibilities include:

Gaining customer insights through sales activities to identify gaps between current products and services and customer needs

Providing accurate and well-reasoned product and service information to differentiate offerings from competitors, particularly against low-price strategies

Actively growing the business and competing directly with major competitors

Conducting proactive sales activities within the assigned territory, primarily focused on hospitals and medical dealers
Major Responsibilities
Business Strategy

Understand trends in the medical industry, market needs, and competitor products and strategies

Deliver value-added products and differentiated services to customers and business partners

Actively contribute to team collaboration and support management direction

Focus not only on individual sales performance but also on achieving overall team sales and profit targets

Develop and execute territory business plans to grow revenue, maximize profit, and increase market share

Maintain up-to-date customer and target information in the designated sales management system

Report progress against territory business plans to management on a regular basis

Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and gross profit objectives within the territory
Business Management

Implement strategic planning practices to achieve assigned goals

Execute proactive sales activities based on territory business plans and commitments

Support management in achieving regional objectives

Apply appropriate management and decision-making techniques to win business opportunities

Use sales planning and targeting tools to manage short-term and mid- to long-term sales activities effectively

Qualifications and Experience
Education

Bachelor’s degree, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification
Experience

Less than three years of relevant professional experience

Suitable for entry-level professionals with foundational theoretical knowledge and the ability to apply it in a practical business environment
