Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Sales Leader to drive commercial growth for a breakthrough urology technology addressing Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. Backed by strong clinical evidence, this solution is positioned as a best-in-class treatment option and is poised for rapid adoption.

This role requires a leader who can both set strategy and execute in the field—someone comfortable working alongside their team to close business, build physician adoption, and scale a high-growth product.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the national/regional sales strategy for the urology portfolio
  • Drive adoption of a clinically differentiated solution for BPH across target hospitals and clinics
  • Personally engage with key accounts and support high-value deal closure
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to align on go-to-market strategy
  • Develop relationships with urologists, KOLs, and hospital stakeholders
  • Translate clinical evidence into compelling commercial messaging
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver against revenue targets while building sustainable market presence

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in medical device sales leadership
  • Strong experience in urology, surgical devices, or minimally invasive technologies preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets
  • Hands-on leadership style with willingness to be active in the field
  • Experience launching or scaling innovative / disruptive technologies
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link clinical value to business outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across physicians and hospital systems
  • Business-level English (required); Japanese fluency strongly preferred for in-market roles
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus
