Position Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team focused on women’s health surgical device equipment. This role drives revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement across hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers.
The Sales Manager will develop and execute strategic sales plans, strengthen key customer relationships, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets. This individual will play a critical role in expanding market presence within gynecology and related surgical specialties.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales strategies aligned with overall commercial objectives.

Drive achievement of revenue, market share, and profitability targets.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine territory and account strategies.

Support new product launches and ensure strong adoption across target accounts.
2. Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives.

Set clear performance expectations and monitor KPIs, including sales targets, pipeline development, and activity metrics.

Conduct regular field visits to provide coaching and ensure effective execution of sales strategy.

Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
3. Key Account Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital administrators, purchasing departments, and clinicians in gynecology and women’s health specialties.

Support complex negotiations, tenders, and large account strategies.

Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand footprint in priority institutions.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Marketing, Clinical Education, Regulatory, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.

Provide field feedback to inform product development, pricing strategy, and promotional campaigns.

Support inventory planning and demand forecasting to align with market needs.
5. Compliance & Governance

Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with industry regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.

Maintain accurate CRM reporting and sales documentation.

Support audit readiness and adherence to medical device compliance requirements.
