The Opportunity That Awaits You

This position is responsible for launching the AquaBeam Robotic System within the defined territory and establishing Aquablation as the treatment of choice for men suffering from Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.

The Sales Representative will play a key role in maximizing utilization of installed systems. This is a business-critical role requiring a highly motivated individual focused on execution and exceeding sales targets. The role requires balancing tactical field execution with strategic decision-making, while collaborating effectively with clinicians, hospital administration, and internal cross-functional teams.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Involve

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota within the assigned territory
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute a territory-specific sales plan
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasts
  • Effectively communicate the Aquablation value proposition to customers
  • Work with senior hospital staff and key surgeons to support successful system adoption and integration
  • Develop tailored plans for each surgical team to enable independent use of the technology
  • Drive system utilization by collaborating closely with surgical teams
  • Expand the user base by building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads through presentations, events, and relationship-building activities
  • Convert high-potential leads and support physician training initiatives
  • Drive sales through solution-based selling and new product introductions
  • Train and develop accounts to adopt the system as a core part of their BPH treatment pathway
  • Partner with Professional Education teams to ensure high-quality clinical training and physician independence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)
  • Collaborate with Sales Management and Marketing to prioritize strategic accounts
  • Partner with Customer Service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely reporting
  • Support resolution of product complaints and safety issues as needed
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including U.S. Sunshine Act and customer interaction policies
  • Maintain professional credentials required for access to hospitals and medical facilities
  • Manage travel and expenses within approved budgets
  • Adhere to all Quality Management System and EHS policies

The Qualifications We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 2+ years of medical device sales experience in urology or operating room environments
  • Minimum 5+ years of total sales experience
  • Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment, particularly with disruptive surgical technologies
  • Proven ability to introduce and drive market development programs
  • Strong existing relationships within the local healthcare community
  • Demonstrated leadership through professional or extracurricular achievements
  • High level of motivation with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
