- Lead a range of workstreams such as communications, organizational design, leadership engagement, learning or change impact management.
- Expanding and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Develop and support business development activities.
- Engaging directly with stakeholders.
- 5+ years consulting experience.
- Expertise in change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in gathering and delivering data to diverse audiences
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Flexibility in terms of European travel.
