You will have a high-ownership role acting as a senior manager / manager within the Swiss team. With footing in medical affairs and clinical development, you will be leading operating model and asset strategy topics within pharmaceutical and biotech consulting.

You will have a high-ownership role acting as a senior manager / manager within the Swiss team. With footing in medical affairs and clinical development, you will be leading operating model and asset strategy topics within pharmaceutical and biotech consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing the early-stage business development within the Swiss market
- Project work focusing on asset strategy, operating model, commercial, clinical development and medical affairs
- Liaising with key stakeholders and building on business development
- Collaborating with the UK team
- Lead and deliver client engagements end-to-end
- Degree within a life science relevant field
- 4+ years consulting experience within the life science field
- Operating model design and implementation experience
- Project management experience, with varying team sizes and functionalities
- Experience growing relationships with stakeholders and C-suite professionals
- Fluent in English (German is an advantage)
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
