Position Overview

The position supports the marketing and implementation of life-saving medical devices and a cloud-based communication and data management system that enables real-time sharing of emergency care data between first responders and hospitals.


Products and Solutions
You will be responsible for marketing and supporting emergency care solutions, including defibrillators and a cloud-based communication platform that allows emergency medical data collected in the field to be shared in real time with hospitals and healthcare professionals.


Marketing Strategy and Market Development

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for data-driven healthcare solutions

  • Develop strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis and translate them into effective initiatives

  • Identify potential partner companies and promote strategic alliances

  • Work closely with global headquarters to propose and negotiate product improvements based on customer feedback and trial results

  • Build and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and presentation content

  • Provide product training to sales and marketing teams


Technical and Implementation Support

  • Support sales activities by leveraging technical knowledge, including cybersecurity considerations

  • Collaborate with global headquarters and internal stakeholders to drive cybersecurity compliance and initiatives

  • Lead end-to-end project management for product implementation

  • Perform implementation preparation tasks such as account setup and system configuration

  • Support customers during system installation and go-live phases

  • Design and optimize implementation processes

  • Create and maintain implementation manuals and related documentation


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of six years of experience in the IT or software industry

  • Hands-on experience in product management or marketing strategy development

  • Customer-facing experience, preferably in a B2B environment

  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams and international stakeholders

  • Business-level Japanese proficiency

  • Strong English skills in reading, writing, and conversation (approximately TOEIC 800 level)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge or experience related to cybersecurity

  • Marketing experience with medical devices, biotechnology, manufacturing, or other advanced technology products

  • Experience coordinating or negotiating with overseas headquarters

  • Project management experience related to product implementation
