- Helping strengthen product practices as the company grows
- Experience owning digital products throughout their lifecycle
- Strong discovery, prioritisation and delivery skills
- Confidence using data to inform decisions
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A practical approach and willingness to take ownership
- An interest in using technology to improve healthcare
