Solutions Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions within pharmaceutical and healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-sales & Advisory:
Partner with consulting and commercial teams to identify client requirements, develop tailored solutions, and support business development activities including RFPs, client presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.

Solution Design:
Architect scalable AI systems, including autonomous agents and patient engagement platforms, and integrate them seamlessly into existing healthcare ecosystems such as EHRs, CRMs, and patient-facing portals.

Implementation & Leadership:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, overseeing design, development, and deployment. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful and timely execution.

Client Engagement:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing technical expertise, presenting solutions, and ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Consultant with a strong focus on AI technologies (7+ years), including at least 3 years working with generative and agentic AI
• Extensive experience within healthcare or pharmaceutical environments (5+ years), including exposure to EHR systems and clinical workflows
• Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including microservices, cloud platforms, and automated AI workflows
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance and standards such as HIPAA, GxP, and FHIR
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and contribute to commercial success, including ownership of significant sales targets

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-agent AI frameworks and MLOps practices
• Background in digital health solutions, particularly patient engagement technologies
• Knowledge of clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, or patient support programmes
