We’re working with a leading global organisation in the life sciences technology space to hire a Solutions Consultant to support continued commercial growth.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, sales, and customer engagement, acting as a key partner to Business Development teams. You’ll play a critical role in showcasing a sophisticated clinical software platform, supporting complex sales cycles, and ensuring solutions are aligned to evolving client needs across the life sciences sector.

You’ll also act as the voice of the customer internally, contributing to product development and helping shape future solution offerings to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, high-impact demonstrations of a life sciences software platform to a wide range of stakeholders, adapting content to different levels of technical understanding
  • Partner closely with Business Development teams to support sales strategy, proposals, and client engagements
  • Build and maintain tailored demo environments and client-specific scenarios to support the sales process
  • Gather and analyse customer requirements, providing structured feedback to internal teams to influence product development
  • Identify opportunities and risks throughout the sales cycle, shaping strategic responses to maximise success
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery

About You

  • Experience in a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales, or similar client-facing role within life sciences or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of clinical systems, regulatory environments, or Trial Master File (TMF) platforms
  • Comfortable operating in a commercial environment, supporting revenue-generating activities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Highly proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Experience managing multiple priorities across complex sales cycles
