Role Title: Strategic Project Associate | Health & Life Sciences Advisory

What You'll Do
You'll work as a hands-on team member on client engagements, handling everything from gathering market intelligence to building final presentations. Your day-to-day includes running surveys, interviewing stakeholders (doctors, insurers, patients), crunching numbers, and turning insights into actionable slides. You'll also help keep projects on track—managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables—while supporting senior team members in pitch preparation and client meetings.

Key Accountabilities

  • Client & Team Collaboration – Build trust with external clients and internal colleagues; hit productivity targets; volunteer for improvement initiatives and proposal work.

  • Project Execution – Own your workstreams: conduct desk research, design and run interviews, analyze findings, draft storylines, and polish PowerPoint decks. Handle meeting logistics, take minutes, track action items, and flag risks early. Adapt quickly when priorities shift.

  • Personal & Team Growth – Join training sessions, share knowledge, give/receive feedback openly, and contribute to a supportive atmosphere. Live the firm's values: tackle hard problems, partner effectively, and bring energy to everything you do.

Who You Are

Must-have:

  • University degree (advanced degree in business or biosciences is a plus)

  • Prior work experience in consulting, pharma, or biotech

  • Sharp analytical mind with a balance of logic and creativity

  • Commercial awareness and obsession with detail

  • Able to produce polished client materials with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable with primary/secondary research and data interpretation

  • Strong presenter and meeting facilitator

  • Clear, professional communicator (spoken and written)

  • Team player who juggles multiple tasks and deadlines easily

  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

Nice-to-have:

  • Available for occasional business travel

  • 2–3 years in pharmaceutical or biotech settings
