The Opportunity

We’re working with a forward-thinking organisation. This role has been created to elevate existing processes, tools, and data capabilities giving you the opportunity to directly influence how supply chain decisions are made.

You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating modern, data-driven solutions, helping the business build a smarter, more agile supply chain for the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess current supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement across operations, customer service, and warehousing
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards to track KPIs such as inventory, forecast accuracy, lead times, and supplier performance
  • Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple systems (ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS, procurement platforms)
  • Use SQL and analytical tools to manage and transform large datasets
  • Drive data maintenance, governance, and integrity across supply chain systems
  • Automate and enhance existing tools (e.g., stock projection, pricing updates, demand planning)
  • Analyse trends to identify risks, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Support demand and supply planning through data-driven insights and scenario modelling
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Commercial, and IT teams
  • Work closely with data/IT teams to improve data pipelines and reporting automation
  • Support system implementations and enhancements (including ERP/CRM systems such as NetSuite)
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including predictive analytics, AI/ML, and advanced planning systems
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Operations-focused role
  • Strong Power BI skills (dashboard creation, data modelling, DAX preferred)
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data
  • Experience working with CRM and analytical systems
  • Strong understanding of data maintenance, data quality, and governance
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills

Desirable

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
  • Background in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or a regulated environment
  • Exposure to automation, predictive analytics, or digital transformation projects
