Overview:
We are seeking a PhD-level Translational Research Scientist to support method transfer and sample management activities with a small Biotech
This is an opportunity within Immunology, with a company who have had very positive Phase 1Bs and embarking on Phase II as well as a solid early pipeline.
This role will focus on ensuring sample integrity, coordinating with external vendors, and supporting translational research programs from early discovery through clinical development.

This role will focus on ensuring sample integrity, coordinating with external vendors, and supporting translational research programs from early discovery through clinical development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support method transfer to internal and external laboratories
- Oversee sample management and tracking, ensuring integrity and compliance
- Act as primary liaison for external vendors/CROs
- Manage logistics related to biological samples (collection, storage, shipment)
- Support translational research efforts bridging lab and clinical teams
- Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory and quality standards
- PhD required (life sciences or related field)
- Strong laboratory background
- Industry experience in biotech or pharmaceutical settings
- Hands-on experience with method transfer and sample management
- Experience working with external vendors/CROs
- Background in translational research highly preferred
