Job Responsibilities
- You will lead business development strategy across biologics, guiding market expansion and new customer acquisition.
- Identify, engage, and win new business with a strong focus on winning new business accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the biologics industry, covering early-stage biotechs to global pharmaceutical companies.
- Responsible for driving opportunities across discovery, development, and manufacturing services
- You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, technical teams, and project management to align commercial plans with operational capabilities.
- As the VP of Business Development you will represent the company at industry events
- Provide market insight, competitive intelligence, and strategic input to inform service expansion and long-term growth planning.
- You should have a background in biologics, with a strong and active industry network.
- Proven track record in strategic business development and closing complex, high-value deals in CDMO environment
- Strong hunter mentality with a proactive and strategic approach to building new relationships and pipelines.
- Experience engaging clients across big pharma and emerging biotech.
- Ideally, you will have exposure to or understanding of early discovery services
