Job Responsibilities
  • You will lead business development strategy across biologics, guiding market expansion and new customer acquisition.
  • Identify, engage, and win new business with a strong focus on winning new business accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the biologics industry, covering early-stage biotechs to global pharmaceutical companies.
  • Responsible for driving opportunities across discovery, development, and manufacturing services
  • You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, technical teams, and project management to align commercial plans with operational capabilities.
  • As the VP of Business Development you will represent the company at industry events
  • Provide market insight, competitive intelligence, and strategic input to inform service expansion and long-term growth planning.
Job Requirements
  • You should have a background in biologics, with a strong and active industry network.
  • Proven track record in strategic business development and closing complex, high-value deals in CDMO environment
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proactive and strategic approach to building new relationships and pipelines.
  • Experience engaging clients across big pharma and emerging biotech.
  • Ideally, you will have exposure to or understanding of early discovery services
