VP Product for a very exciting AI Oncology detection company
My client is looking for a senior software-native product leader to join its leadership team. You will be reporting directly to the Founder and CEO with a role that utilises your skills in Product, Delivery and Operations leadership.
The role:
You will take ownership of how products and projects are built, delivered and scaled. You will lead 4 teams/project leads and support 10+ people.

- Building scalable operating processes for regulated AI software
- Coaching and developing junior leaders
- Partnering directly with the CEO on product strategy and organisation
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, IVDR and FDA requirements
- Translating clinical needs into product decisions
What they’re looking for:
- Strong medical background, preferably in pathology / oncology
- Proven experience scaling teams in tech/software
- Experience working across medical, engineering, regulatory and commercial functions
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- 810+ years relevant leadership and life science experience
